- Chemotherapy, Diabetes,Autoimmune disease (Dr's note required)
- Accutane for in a year

APPOINTMENT POLICY

- $50 Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

- If you not sure what procedure choose, just book any procedure and the day of procedure artist can recommend for you.
- 2 reschedule is allowed with at least 72HRS notice per deposit. 3rd reschedule will require a new deposit.
- Please be on time to your appointment. Being late more than 15Mins, Artist can't do because of limited time. 
- No shows will be charged $100. and can't accept schedule anymore with us.
- No guest allowed (Including kids and pets).
- Touch ups are not included.

STUDIO POLICY

- All foreign touchup will be considered as a new set COVERUP/CORRECTION BROWS. Please book accordingly.

- All results will vary per person depending on skin types, lifestyles, existing hairs, bone structures, and aftercare.

- If you have previous eyebrows tattooed , PLEASE EMAIL to fairfaxbrows@gmail.com 3 bare brows pictures that right, left and both in front.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

- Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

RESCHEDULING FEE FOR TOUCHUPS

- There is a rescheduling fee of $50 if you change your touch-up spot to another day in 72HRS.
